Description: PWSA is requesting bids for the rehabilitation and partial replacement of the Highland Rising Main No. 3 in the PWSA public water system. The work includes, but is not limited to: lining of nominal 50-inch diameter wrought iron pipe and 48-inch steel pipe with carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP), lining of nominal 48-inch diameter riveted steel pipe and cast iron pipe with glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP), construction of new 48-inch pipe by open cut construction, modifications to an existing valve vault, and abandonment of nominal 48-inch diameter riveted steel pipe.
