Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Murray, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the addition of a 20,000-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; and for the renovation of a medical facility.
As of March 2023, this project is under construction and all awards have been made. The Work consists of the following: The project includes the renovation and addition to approximately 20,000 SF of the first floor of the North Tower into the new outpatient cancer center. The Work includes, but is not limited to, structural and elective demolition, new concrete linear accelerator vault, limestone façade, structural steel and joist concourse addition, interior and metal stud framing, roofing over existing and new decks, gypsum board partitions, new finishes, radiation protection, plumbing, mechanical, tube station extensions and electrical work as described in the Construction Documents. Firestopping work will be provided by the Owner in accordance with the documentation included in the contract documents. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
