The tenderer is entirely responsible for ensuring that his tender is submitted to the Municipality's office at the aforementioned address. Only submissions received before the aforementioned date and time will be considered. Bidders with an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the Municipality within the framework of this call for tenders, namely, the Agreement of liberalization of public markets in Quebec and New Brunswick, the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario.
