Addendum(s), if required, issued by April 25, 2022 1. A 100% Payment and Performance Bond will be required. This project is partially funded through the Community Development Finance Authority under the provisions, and subject to Community Development Block Grant requirements under Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974.
