As of November 16, 2023, confirmed construction is underway and is anticipated to be complete January 2024. Tellepsen is the CM at Risk for the University of Houston System Core Building Projects. We are currently soliciting proposals for the Charles F. McElhinney Hall. The project is located at the University of Houston Main Campus. This is the complete package to renovate the three story building. This scope includes all building envelope improvements, MEP Upgrades, and the full gut and buildout of the Hobby School of Public Affairs on the 3rd level. Tellepsen Builders, L.P., as Construction Manager-at-Risk for the University of Houston System, in accordance with Texas Government Code 2269, will receive proposals from all qualified subcontractors and vendor trades for the project described above.
