For Roofing Improvements to Buildings C-2 and C-4 Cape May Ferry Complex The scope of the project generally includes, but is not limited to, selective building roof repairs and replacement at the Authoritys Cape May - Lewes Ferry Buildings C-2 & C-4, located in Cape May, New Jersey. The buildings will be occupied by the Authority while the construction work is occurring. The successful contractor will be required to complete all work while ensuring normal, non-interrupted Authority business operations. Bid Bond/Guarantee Required: Yes : 10.00 % Per the published Capital Improvement Plan, the 2021 budgeted amount for this project is $500,000. The anticipated start date is Fall 2021 5% M/W/DBE goal on this project.
