Possible subcontracting trades are Building Moving/ Demolition; Earthwork & Paving and Lead Removal. 3740 9th Ave: Demolish existing 2-story residential apartment building and all concrete flatwork. Remove lead-impacted soil as described in bid documents. 7684 Sweetbrier Way: Demolish existing single-family home in PRE program. House has had all drywall and hazmat removed already. Remove tree from front yard and trim trees in backyard. This is a Public Works project.
