Site work for a water / sewer project in Thomson, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For CDBG Sanitary Sewer and Storm Drainage Improvements This project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968. Installation of approximately 1,470 L.F. of 8-inch gravity sewer line, including manholes and services. Installation of approximately 1,190 L.F. of 6-inch water line, including valves, fire hydrants and services. Installation of various size storm drain pipe including structures. Also included, but not limited to, in this project are all associated items such as: traffic control, clearing, earthwork, bypass pumping, grassing, soil erosion and sediment controls, and any associated appurtenances. Time allotted for completion of work is one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
