Site work for a water / sewer project in Sylacauga, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
All qualified bidders are invited to submit a Bid under sealed envelope to the Sylacauga Utilities Board for the painting of an existing 88.25 foot tall, 76-foot diameter ground water storage tank, including exterior sandblasting and coating with like pattern of red and white stripes, interior sandblasting and coating, miscellaneous repairs, and all necessary appurtenances located at 2820 Sylacauga Fayetteville Highway, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150. A mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will NOT be held. Owner requires the Project to be substantially completed within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as dated in the Notice to Proceed and completed and ready for final payment within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as dated in the Notice to Proceed Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids
