Renovation of a municipal facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,040-square-foot municipal facility.
This project is part of the Department of Revenue's capital improvement programs. The overall scope includes furniture demolition, floor tile abatement and new floor finish, painting, light replacement, ceiling tile replacement and new furniture installation. Remove existing ceiling tiles covering an area of +/-4,500 sq.ft and dispose off site in its entirety. Ceiling tiles at sections with fire alarm fixtures to remain. Install new 2x4 and 2x2 ceiling tile covering an area of +/-4,500 sq. ft. in kind. Basis of design Armstrong Cortega Second Look: 2767. Install new 12x12 VCT tile in Kitchenette(40sf). Basis of design Armstrong VCT Standard Excelon Imperial Texture/ Blue Gray 51903. Site Inspection : TBD Assume freight elevator is unavailable and no access to loading dock. Vendor to use Arch St entrance to temporarily park and unload. Project Coordinator will coordinate parking on Arch St with Building Management. Vendor to verify number of 2x4 & 2x2 tiles required. Vendor to provide and install plastic barrier at designated control points. Replace loose sprinkler caps after tile removal.
