All proposals/bids should be delivered in a sealed envelope and marked with the appropriate title and request for proposal number as referenced below. The bidders name, address, and phone number should also be included. Each of the following request for proposals must be bid and submitted separately. Bidders may submit a bid for any or all of the services listed or any combination thereof. The selection process shall be in accordance with the Virginia Procurement Act and the Giles County Purchasing Policy. ' The County of Giles reserves the right to reject any or all proposals/bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality, and to base all conclusions, decisions, and actions in accordance with the best interests of Giles County.
