Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tualatin, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Major items of work consist of approximately 2,400 SF of concrete sidewalk, six (6) ADA compliant pedestrian curb ramps, new curb and gutter and standard curb, installation of new City supplied rapid flashing beacon assemblies, new pedestrian pushbutton, signing and striping, and other items as called for on the plans. The First-tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form Will Be Received at the Location Given for the Receipt of the Bid Until 4:00 Pm (Local Time), June 15, 2021. Instructions for Providing the First-tier Subcontractor Disclosure and the Required Disclosure Form Are Included in the Contract Documents. The Disclosure Form Shall Be Submitted No Later Than Two Working Hours, Including Lunch Hours, After the Bid Closing. The City Will Reject a Bid if the Bidder Fails to Submit the Disclosure Form With This Information by the Stated Deadline. The Contractor shall begin Work within 21 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed. Once the Contractor has commenced Work, the Contractor shall have 60 calendar days to reach Final Completion. No proposal for a construction contract shall be received or considered by the City unless the firm is registered with the Construction Contractors Board or is licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board, as applicable, as specified in OAR 137- 049-0230. Proposals must be made upon the Proposal form bound in the Contract Documents and must be accompanied by a certified check or proposal bond payable to the City of Tualatin (County of Washington, State of Oregon) in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid.
