2021 Street Repair and Resurfacing Package which will consist of the following: Street Repair and Resurfacing to include HMA milling and surfacing, concrete patching and concrete slab replacement as identified in the contract documents. Each bid must be printed and enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the title of the project and the name and address of the Bidder. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or acceptable Bidder's Bond made payable to the OWNER, in a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. The check or bond will be held by the OWNER as evidence that the Bidder will, if awarded a contract by purchase order, enter into the same with the OWNER upon notification from him to do so within fifteen (15) days of said notification. The bids shall remain open for thirty (30) calendar days. The OWNER has the right to reject all quotations.
