The scope of work consists of a partial gut renovation of the Spellman Building - Level 3. The renovation will provide a 10 bed Pediatric Nursing Unit including Patient Rooms, Isolation Patient Rooms, Nurse Station, Infusion Room, Med Room, Staff Lounge, Multi-Purpose Room, Playroom, Music Room and associated support rooms. The project will provide new finishes, furniture, equipment and upgrades to the existing MEPfp systems. Refer to the Drawings for addition information. 2.
