Site work and renovation of a power facility in Whittier, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.
Joint Administration Office - Power Service Substation Replacement, located in Whittier, California. The work consists of modifying the existing power distribution system to provide redundant power sources to the Joint Administration Office and the Central Plant. The project will include replacement of existing medium and low-voltage cables, transformers, low-voltage switchboards, and associated equipment that are obsolete and prone to failure. Also, the Data Center uninterruptible power supply is obsolete and will be replaced as a part of this project, and all appurtenant work. The Board of Directors may award the contract for the above described work, either at the meeting of the Board of Directors within 60 days after the date listed above for receipt of bids. The Board of Directors may reject all bids. Unless all bids are rejected, award will be made to the low, responsive, responsible bidder. The work of construction must be completed within 260 WORKING DAYS after the date in the Notice to Proceed.
