The City of Nauvoo, IL is requesting proposals to design/build a multi-use building to house their City Offices, Police Department, Tourism Office, Food Pantry, Library, and Community meeting Room. The building will be approximately 8,400 square feet built on city owned property with all utilities to the property. This request is for the Offeror to provide all aspects of the construction process from design to construction and from start to completion. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for the design, permitting, and construction of the facility in accordance with the approved documents. A. This RFP is for a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
