The City of Nauvoo, IL is requesting proposals to design/build a multi-use building to house their City Offices, Police Department, Tourism Office, Food Pantry, Library, and Community meeting Room. The building will be approximately 8,400 square feet built on city owned property with all utilities to the property. This request is for the Offeror to provide all aspects of the construction process from design to construction and from start to completion. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for the design, permitting, and construction of the facility in accordance with the approved documents. A. This RFP is for a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Nauvoo reserves the right to revise or amend the RFP, specifications, and/or drawings, including changes to the date the proposal is due. Such changes, if any, will be announced by an amendment or amendments to this Request for Proposal. All information relating to this RFP, including pertinent changes/amendments and other applicable information will be posted a minimum of three (3) days prior to the proposal date. Though every effort will be made to provide email notification when a change is posted, such notification is NOT guaranteed and should not be expected. Offerors are strongly cautioned to check frequently to ensure they have the latest information.
