Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eatonton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Once erosion control plans are prepared (By Others) and permits are acquired (If Necessary), vendor will mobilize to begin demolition of the existing field. This includes the demolition of the existing Long I Triple Jump Events. Establish a new field subgrade utilizing laser-controlled grading equipment that will provide for a six inch (6") field crown. The excess soil will be removed from the field and placed onsite at owners direction. Establish a new field drainage system consisting of a twelve inch (12") perforated HDPE collector line to be installed along the edge of field. The new field drain line will be connected into the current field drainage system on the field. The current field drains will have the tops removed, capped and lowered below the new field subgrade. The field subgrade and trenches will be lined with a non-woven geotextile fabric. Install a six-inch (6") by eight-inch (8") concrete perimeter curb along the edge of the track and across the D-zone on the High Jump and Pole vault Event side (Current High Jump Pad side). A treated wood nailer will be installed on the new curb to allow for turf attachment. Construct two new Long / Triple Jump Event Runways and Pits. This will include the installation of a take-offboard on each runway. Install a new eight-foot (8') offset football goal post with thirty-foot (30') uprights along with access frames on the field. The new football goal is six-inch (6") tubing for the base of the goal and crossbar with four-inch uprights.
