Site work for a civil project in Walpole, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of June 22, 2021 This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The scope of work for the Base Bid includes selective demolition and the furnishing and installation of new suction lift wastewater pumps, new piping and valves, new instrumentation and controls and appurtenant work at the Eleanor Road wastewater pump station. Bid Alternate 1 includes the replacement of pump station building anchor brackets and appurtenant work. Bid Alternate 2 includes furnishing and installation of a drain pipe from the existing bypass manhole to the pump station wetwell and appurtenant work. The required contract completion period is 210 consecutive days. Estimated construction cost: $250,000 The location, general characteristics, and principal details of the Work are indicated on a set of drawings titled "Eleanor Road Pump Station Improvement Project, Contract 2021- 26" and numbered 1 to 10, inclusive. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the ENGINEER, and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all superintendence, labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, bailing, shoring,removal, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified.
