**This project has been awarded to 2L Construction in the amount of $216,356. ** The project is a 5,200 square foot, wood framed addition to the existing Crane High School workshop. The project will be a prevailing wage rate job, subject to the BOLI Wage Rates set forth by the State of Oregon. All bids must be submitted on the supplied forms. A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid will be required with the submission of the bid. CRANE SCHOOLS will award the contract within five (5) calendar days of the bid opening. Work will commence within ten (10) calendar days of the notice to proceed. The contractor shall complete all work required in the contract within a reasonable time as material availability and delivery allows. The estimated cost range for the project: $196,400 The Contract Contact in charge of all procurement is: Matthew Hawley CRANE SCHOOLS may reject any late bid and may reject, for good cause, any or all bids upon a finding of CRANE SCHOOLS that it is in their best interest to do so. The bidder must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board.
