For the improvement of a certain section of STATE ROUTES 3018-671 AND 3020-651, in WAYNE COUNTY, SOUTH CANAAN TOWNSHIP. The location of the project is as follows: SR 3018-671: From a point at the intersection of SR 3018 with SR 3020 at Segment 0070 Offset 0955 to a point approximately 0.2 miles from the intersection with SR 0296 to the east at Segment 0070 Offset 1732, with a total work area length of 550.00 feet (0.104 miles). SR 3020-651: From a point approximately 0.7 miles from the intersection of SR 3022 at Segment 0010 Offset 3030 to a point approximately 1.0 miles from the intersection with SR 3018 to the east at Segment 0020 Offset 0341with a total work area length of 560.00 feet (0.106 miles). This project includes bridge replacement work on SR 3018 over Trib to Middle Creek and a bridge replacement work on SR 3020 over Inlet to Lake Quinn. The existing SR 3018 structure will be replaced with a Composite Spread P/S Concrete Box Beam Bridge. The existing SR 3020 structure will be replaced with a single cell precast concrete box culvert. Other work includes excavation, full depth bituminous paving bridge approach, new guiderail, drainage, E & S control measures, temporary fencing, permanent signing, pavement markings and other miscellaneous construction work. Traffic will be maintained for both bridges using detours.
