The Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) is seeking a pool of vendors to provide lodging/shelter to displaced persons during emergency weather events. The successful vendors must provide an online booking tool for displaced persons. We are primarily looking for facilities in Austin, Dallas or San Antonio but will consider locations in other areas as well. TDEM reserves the right to renew this agreement for an additional three (3) years, one (1) year at a time, if mutually agreeable to both parties with all terms, conditions, and prices remaining firm. TDEM reserves the right to immediate cancellation due to non-performance. TDEM reserves the right to cancellation with thirty (30) days written notice. All questions must be submitted electronically .
