Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work includes, but is not limited to: Install catch basin inlet protection; sawcut and remove of existing asphalt pavement, concrete walkways and ramps; stripe grind existing thermoplastic crosswalks; re-grade areas where asphalt and concrete was removed, including installation of new base course material; install new asphalt pavement, concrete walkways and ADA ramps to the dimensions and grades indicated on the plans; install new ADA parking and crosswalk signs; clean and seal cracks and joints in asphalt pavement; apply seal coat on asphalt pavement; apply painted parking stall striping, ADA symbols, block out striping, crosswalks, directional arrows, curb paint and stenciled lettering; clean site, remove catch basin inlet protection, and construction fencing Certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond is required with each Bid, equal to 5% of the total Base Bid only. Make checks payable to the Renton School District; furnish bond executed by a licensed bonding agency authorized to do business in the locality of the project. The Owner reserves the right to accept the lowest or any other Bid, the right to reject any or all Bids, and the right to waive any irregularities in any Bid.
