Site work for a water / sewer project in Brookhaven, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the Installation of manholes, PVC gravity sewer mains, steel casing, service connections, and connections to existing sewer mains/manholes. Rehabilitation of existing sewer mains and manholes. The Contract Time will be One Hundred-Fifty (150) consecutive calendar days, and the liquidated damages will be $400 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. Any bid submitted by a non-resident contractor which does not include the non-resident contractor's current state law shall be rejected and not considered for award. Bids will be considered by the City of Brookhaven at or before the next regular meeting thereof to be held within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of bids. The City of Brookhaven reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in the bidding and to reject any and all bids.
