As of Aug 24 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Contract #1 - General Construction, shall include the following work: - Coordination with the project owner, other contractors - Installation of building foundation - Supply and construction of the single story terminal building - Supply and installation of building insulation, interior finishes and exterior building facade - Supply and installation of building windows and doors - Installation of concrete floor slab, subbase, insulation and vapor barrier - Installation of parking lot including pavement markings, asphalt pavement, subbase and stabilization fabric - Installation of concrete sidewalks, curbing and patio areas - All excavation, backfill, compaction and restoration - All excavation, backfill, and restoration for utility trenches - Installation of the proposed septic tank and leach field - Installation of all site drainage pipes, end section and stone linings. - Soil erosion control - Site grading, topsoil and seeding. - All construction safety and phasing plan requirements. - All other general construction contract work covered by plans and specifications. Contract #2- Electrical construction, shall include the following work: - Coordination with the project owner, other contractors - Installation of electrical service - Installation of main distribution panels - Installation wiring, receptacles, boxes, switches, conduit and lighting fixtures in hangar area including High Bay Lighting fixtures. - Installation of Bollard Lights (Add Alt.) - All other electrical construction contract work covered by plans and specifications Contract #3- Plumbing Construction, shall include the following work: - Installation of water service line - Installation of interior water supply pipping - Installation of all toilets, showers, sinks, fixtures, water heater, water coolers - Installation of building sanitary lines - Installation of propane gas service line - All other plumbing construction contract work covered by plans and specifications.
