This Project is in the northwest corner of S Cloverdale Street and 5th Ave S in the City of Seattle. following elements of Work: Construction stormwater erosion control; clearing & grubbing; demolition and removal of existing surface pavement, sidewalks, and curbs; installation of a complete surface drainage system, including: storm drainage piping, drainage structures, and bioretention cells; site restoration, including: surface paving, asphalt and gravel paths, sidewalks, curbs, driveway, and curb ramp, and final planting and landscaping.
