SaskWater is looking for qualified Respondents for the SSNPWSS Blackstrap Shop Building Construction Phase 2. The proposed Phase 2 of the Blackstrap Shop will consist of, but not limited to, the following scope of work: Structural: - Conventional wood frame building complete with building envelope - One 6.1m x 5.5m/ (20’ x 18’) and Two 4.9m x 5.5m (16’ x 18’) overhead doors - Three (3) exterior man doors and four (4) interior doors Mechanical: - Above grade domestic water complete with reservoir tank and connection to regional line - Above grade sanitary, tie in to existing below grade rough in, and installation of below grade sceptic tank and associated connections. - Make up air unit, radiant heaters, exhaust fans, circulation fans - Fixtures Electrical: - Distribution panels - Mechanical and equipment connections - Lighting - Power Phase 1 of the project which included the base preparation, pile installation, concrete grade beam, slab installation, mechanical below grade rough-ins and electrical below grade rough-ins will be constructed prior to the successful proponent mobilizing to site for Phase 2 work. Construction is set to begin mid July 2022 and finish at the end of December 2022. Start date is dependent on completion of Contract 1 (SSNPCBD Blackstrap Shop Contract 1 - Foundation Construction) which is expected to be completed by the end of May 2022.
