Estimate: $4,000,000.00 - $4,800,000.00 A. Rehabilitation of one (1) wastewater lift station (15) including piping modifications, pump replacement, electrical and site civil work. B. Replacement of three (3) wastewater lift stations (4, 17, 35) including wet well, pumps, piping and appurtenances, electrical and site civil work. C. Installation of approximately 1,840 linear feet of 16" force main at Lift Station No. 11. D. Installation of approximately 1,020 linear feet of 6" force main at Lift Station No. 17. E. Installation of approximately 480 linear feet of 6" force main at Lift Station No. 25. F. Installation of approximately 1,325 linear feet of 8" gravity main along SH-100. G. Installation of approximately 1,100 linear feet of 18" gravity main to decommission Lift Station No. 30. H. Replacement of approximately 90 linear feet of 18" PVC gravity main on Hickman Boulevard. Responses to questions posted on the procurement website will be posted for the benefit of all Offerors. A response will be posted for questions submitted until 12:00 p.m. on June 23rd, 2021. Each bidder shall furnish a bid guarantee equivalent to five percent of the bid price (Water Code 17.183). If a bid bond is provided, the Contractor shall utilize a surety company which is authorized to do business in Texas in accordance with Surety Bonds and Related Instruments, Chapter 3503 of the Insurance Code. Performance and payment bonds will be required for this Project. Provide performance and payment bonds for this Project that fully comply with the provisions of Tex. Gov Code Chapter 2253. Administration of these bonds will conform to Chapter 2253 and the provisions of the Contract Documents. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
