The deadline to ask questions is 6/09/2021 5:00 PM CST Major items of work include: 83,440 Gallon Ground Storage Tank, Booster Pump, Foundation, water piping, valves, and connections; Install and Reconnect Electrical and Control Connections, Conduit, Wiring, and Equipment; and Reconnect and Adjust Existing Controls A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, issued by an acceptable surety, shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to Town of Holiday Lakes or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Town of Holiday Lakes reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest acceptable bid. Bids may be held by Town of Holiday Lakes for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidders qualifications prior to the contract award. Town of Holiday Lakes is an equal opportunity employer.
