Site work and paving for a road / highway in Dublin, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Bidders wishing to submit bids prior to 1:00 P.M. on June 17, 2021 must contact (925) 833-6630 to arrange for receipt and drop off, for the "Project" entitled: ANNUAL STREET RESURFACING "2021 SLURRY SEAL" Project No. ST0117 This project provides for the slurry seal, pavement grinding and overlay, pavement failure repair, crack sealing, removal of pavement markings and striping, installation of new pavement markings and striping to various streets within the City of Dublin as shown in the Specifications, Special Provisions, and other Contract Documents entitled as shown above, now on file in the office of the City Engineer. DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS: Contractor and subcontractors listed on the bid proposal must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations, pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5, and must furnish electronic certified payroll records to the Labor Commissioner. The successful bidder shall pay not less than the general prevailing wage rate of per diem wages to all workers employed on this project. BID INELIGIBILITY: A firm that has provided architectural or engineering services to the Department for this contract before bid submittal for this contract is prohibited from any of the following: (1) submitting a bid; (2) subcontracting for any part of the work; or (3) supplying materials to any contractor or subcontractor working on the project. The City may respond to such questions by addenda transmitted to all plan holders. The Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but generally includes: furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform the construction and installation of the following: slurry seal, mill and overlay, pavement failure repair, removal and disposal of excessive material and debris, oil deposit removal, crack sealing, removal of pavement markings and striping, installation of new pavement markings and striping, traffic control, and other items not specifically mentioned herein, and doing all appurtenant work in place and ready for use, all as shown in the Specifications, Special Provisions, and other Contract Documents entitled as shown above, now on file in the office of the Public Works Director, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars Project is between $1,200,000 and $1,500,000.
