Site work and paving for a civil project in Nokesville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of 8/12/2021 project was not yet been awarded. No estimated time frame yet. Furnishing and installing a 1.25 MG clearwell tank, approximately 250 linear feet of 48" ductile iron process piping, approximately 290 feet of 36" ductile iron process piping, chemical feed vault and associated appurtenant work including valves and manhole vaults. Site work shall consist of filling and grading, construction of a new site access road, and miscellaneous work The period of the Contract shall be for two hundred and seventy (270) days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to waive any Informality in any Bid. However, Bids or amendments which are received after the date and time specified for the opening of Bids will be neither opened nor considered and will be returned unopened to the Bidder.
