Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

The planned Reading Road Corridor is an 9.2-mile BRT line connecting downtown Cincinnati to Cincinnati's Roselawn neighborhood. The BRT line will run from Downtown to the Over-the-Rhine, Mt. Auburn, Clifton Heights-University Heights neighborhoods, and Cincinnati's Uptown district. From Uptown it proceeds northeast, serving the neighborhoods and business districts of Corryville, Avondale, North Avondale, Paddock Hills, Bond Hill, and Roselawn. Deadline to Submit Questions:May 16, 2025, 5:00pm Addendum/Response to Questions/Clarifications:May 23, 2025, 5:00pm SORTA will also develop a Hamilton Avenue corridor that will share a portion of its service line with the Reading Road corridor. The portion common to both corridors is to be constructed between Downtown and Cincinnati's Uptown district. The common portion is included as part of the Reading Road Corridor 9.2-mile BRT line. The design is currently in progress, and the construction is expected to include: o Civil Package - Roadway Resurfacing, Drainage Improvements, Utility Relocations, Sidewalk, ADA Curb Ramps, Lighting, Pavement Markings; o Construction Of 13 BRT Stations With All Supporting Systems Elements; and o Traffic Signal Modernizations.
