Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Plano, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project is located in Plano, Texas and includes construction of approximately 4,100 LF of 24-inch diameter sanitary sewer HDPE force main including all fittings, valves and appurtenances by open cut and trenchless installation. Trenchless installation includes approximately 322 LF of 36-inch Steel Casing by dry auger bore with 24-inch HDPE carrier pipe and approximately 1350 LF of 24- inch HDPE by horizontal directional drilling. Also included in the work is the installation of nine air release valves, pavement repair along Spring Creek Parkway, repairs to three existing air release valve vaults, CCTV of an existing 297 LF boring, and hydrostatic testing along the existing Phase I & II portions of the force main and the proposed Phase III portion of the force main. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bidder's bond with their proposal as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the project with the Owner within fifteen (15) days of Notice of Award of the contract. The security must be payable to North Texas Municipal Water District in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid submitted. Contractor must execute the contract, bonds and certificates of insurance on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Contractors for this Project must pay no less than the prevailing wage rates for the area established by the Owner and included in the contract documents. Performance and Payment Bonds are required, each in an amount of not less than one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract and upon payment of all persons supplying labor or furnishing materials. All questions must be submitted in writing, posted electronically, prior to forty eight (48) hours before the bid opening. Last date to post Pre-Bid Inquiries will be on June 16, 2021, at 2:00 pm CT. Last Addendum will be posted on June 21, 2021 at noon. The North Texas Municipal Water District reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, to reject any or all bids, and/or waive formalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days from date on which bids are opened.
