CU Anschutz PN19-172635-Red Cross Memorial Plaza - SCPP Pre-Qualified General Contractors Only The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is soliciting bids to build a plaza along Montview Boulevard between the Library and School of Pharmacy buildings. Project is located adjacent to Health Sciences Library, 12950 E. Montview Boulevard, Aurora, CO 80045. This project is being constructed on the former site of the Red Cross Building to commemorate the history this facility provided to the Fitzsimons Army Medical Center. This project includes the construction and placement of various landscape, hardscapes, lighting, signage, multiple project alternates, and all landscape plant/turf maintenance for one year as outlined in project documents and specifications The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is using the Design/Bid/Build (D/B/B) General Contractor (GC) approach to project delivery from the University's Small Construction Purchase Program contractors This is to build a plaza along Montview Boulevard between the Library and School of Pharmacy buildings. Q's are due 6/9/21,3:00pm, Addendum issued 6/11/21. Anticipated Construction Start Date 7/14/21 Late submissions will be rejected without consideration. The University of Colorado Denver (GFE) and the State of Colorado assume no responsibility for costs related to the preparation of submittals.
