The project is located along Nevada County Roads 7, 4, 134, and 139 beginning at the intersection of Highway 355 and County Road 7, 1.6 miles east of Falcon, Arkansas. A water main extension with approximately 24,560 LF of 4" water main, associated valves, meters, and appurtances for the City of Bodcaw, Arkansas. The bidder must agree to commence work on or before a date to be specified in a written Notice to Proceed issued by the Owner and to fully complete the project within 120 consecutive calendar days thereafter. The bidder must agree also to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $400 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter
