Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Neguac, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The upgrade of the existing 2,800 sq.m. (30,000 sq.ft.) Neguac Sportplex will consist of the installation of a new roofing system including gutters, downspouts and snow guards, installation of insulation around the exterior walls and foundations, new cladding, new fire-rated ceiling, repair of floor at entrance, existing wood truss repair and modifications, repair of structural members and OWSJ, new CO detection and ventilation system, new kitchen hood system, modification of the fire alarm system, exterior lighting, electrical systems for a complete assembly, new drain tile system, new roof drain and underground storm piping, civil works, including excavation, aggregates, new concrete pads, property restoration, clean-up and all related work. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Crown Construction Act, Regulation 82-109 amended. A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum made payable to the Municipality of Neguac must accompany each tender.
