Class/Item Code: 91037-Incinerator Repair And Maintenance Department of Public Saftey Crime laboratory is requesting bids for maintenance/repair of the departmental air curtain incinerator at our covert location in order to maintain uninterrupted contraband destruction services for both DPS and Non-DPS agencies 1. Cleaning, preparation and painting of the unit with high temperature paint 2. Replacement of angle iron where needed 3. Fabrication and installation of steps 1 1/4 " square tubing and 1/4 ' steel plate 4. Repair of incinerator wall(s), iron beam and replacement of high temperature insulation 5. Repair of manifold 6. Replacement of hydraulic oil, oil filter and lubrication of moving parts 7. Removal of sand for repair of iron bem along with returning of sand after repair 8. Replacement of 2ft of black pipe 9. Replacement of insulation on 2 doors 10. General repair/replacement of smaller items marked during assessment 11. Travel cost 12. Labor 13. Material for cleaning and accessories
