Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade fitness / recreation center.
The County is seeking a qualified general contractor to perform the new construction intended for the 2nd floor unfinished space immediately above the pool change rooms at Emerald Hills Leisure Centre (EHLC) including architectural, mechanical, electrical, elevator installation, security and audio-visual work. The intent is to fit out these spaces to create flexible multi- purpose program rooms, an operations & training room, pre-school room, large storage rooms, offices, janitorial, and washrooms.
