Follow the procedure in Annex 15. .4 Check for liquid leaks (water or oil) Follow the procedure in Annex 16 .5 Approval of final work at each house. 2.2.3 Guarantee .1 Provide the written documents, signed and issued in the name of the Owner stipulating that the labor is guaranteed for a period of three (3) months following the substantial completion of the work. 11 3 INSTRUCTIONS TO CONTRACTORS The following rules aim to standardize the presentation of tenders to ensure simplicity and efficiency, and to help the contractor prepare a complete document. 1 Before the start of work on each house. .2 Explanation of the estimate. .3 Check if there is contamination for the Burned houses.
