Site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Saint-Hippolyte, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the City park for the development of intergenerational facilities. The scope of the project includes the development of an indoor skating rink, construction of an obstacle course, a skatepark, expansion of the Maxime-Gingras pavilion (addition of a storage building) and addition of a path and a bridge to connect the sectors of the park. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded an architectural professional consultant for the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in late spring 2023. Working drawings are anticipated in mid-/late summer 2023. Tender for the general contractor is expected in October/November 2023.
