All tenders must be produced and submitted on the submission form provided for this purpose, and comply with the conditions stipulated in this tender request and the accompanying quotation. With his bid, the bidder must pay a bid security value at least equal to 10% of the Total Bid Amount (taxes included) in the form of certified check drawn from a Canadian chartered bank or a credit union, payable to the City of Granby or an irrevocable bank letter of guarantee or a bond of the same value. The City of Granby does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders presented and incurs no obligation towards the tenderers. Tenderers are invited to attend the opening of tenders. In the current context of COVID-19, the City requires the wearing of masks and the respect of distances for bidders who attend the public opening of bids.
