For site visits, contact RH2 to check out a key. Do not drive past warning flags. Last 1/4 mile is on foot. Estimated Value: $2,000,000 to $2,200,000 without tax. Construct a 1 MG AWWA D100 welded steel reservoir, earthwork, underground utilities, electrical and controls. Contact Ryan Peterson at RH2 (509 886-6770) to check out a gate key during business hours if you wish to visit the site during bidding. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contractor agrees to perform the work required for Substantial Completion by June 2, 2022 and complete all contract work (Physical Completion) including corrections, finish, cleanup, and administration by June 23, 2022. Failure to meet the contract dates may result in liquidated damages in the amount of $1,300 for each working day beyond the Substantial Completion date.
