All tenderers must read and fully comply with the Contract Management Policy adopted by the Municipality of Pontiac, which is an integral part of the tender documents. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the tender documents produced by the firm Équipe Laurence Inc. dated May 31, 2021, including addenda, if applicable. Any request for additional information must be in writing, in accordance with the requirements of the Notice to Bidders. The Municipality of Pontiac does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received, and it does not incur any responsibility with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all the bids. . Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
