Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lyons, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project proposes to install new and or replace existing inlets, manholes, and storm sewer. This contract's scope of work includes installing nearly 51 linear feet of 19"x30" HERCP, 47 linear feet of 18" RCP, 145 linear feet of 36-inch RCP, 95 linear feet of 48-inch RCP, two new 60" manholes, and replacing approximately 21 feet of sidewalk and 32 feet of curb and gutter. The contractor will determine the most suitable course of action to complete this project under the schedule proposed while coordinating with the Town and all stakeholders.
