Question Acceptance Deadline 06/15/2021 04:00 PM EDT General Requirements - Insurance Required Total replacement of approximately 5250 square feet (station 4) and 5380 square feet (Station 13) of current roofing system. Complete tear off of existing roof down to steel decking. Provide price options for 60mil and 90mil Black EPDM and 60mil and 90 mil White TPO roof systems. Include one square (100 Square Feet) of steel decking in project cost quote. Also include a line item cost for additional steel decking if needed. Adhere 2.6 (R-15 Polyisocyanurate (ISO) with low rise foam adhesive under 5/8" dens deck. Taper 1/4 " per foot to achieve proper drainage as required by Code. Fully adhere selected roof systems membrane.
