Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Lakeshore, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,464-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Municipality of Lakeshore expects to procure the below goods/services in the time period as described above. The following is a list of the Work and is not meant to be inclusive of all required details and/or specifications required by the project. The work consists generally of the supplying of all materials, labour and equipment for, and the construction of expansions to the existing Denis St. Pierre Water Pollution Control Plant located at 276 Rourke Line Road in the Municipality of Lakeshore, County of Essex, Ontario including the following: - Inlet works including pumping station, screening, grit removal, flow split and measuring facilities - Aeration selector tankage - Aeration blower facilities - Extended Aeration System (EAAS) tankage - Final clarification facilities - Chemical storage & feed facilities - UV Disinfection Facility - Effluent pumping facilities - Aerobic Digesters - Centrifuge dewatering facility - Standby emergency generator facilities - Modifications and upgrades to existing electrical and control systems - Site work, sewers, sewer conversions, watermains, roads, drainage, yard and gas piping, and underground piping, fencing, landscaping together with all restorations - All mechanical, electrical, control and instrumentation, system integration and all facilities necessary for the proper operation of the wastewater treatment facility - Demolition and decommissioning of existing facilities.
