Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall secure and pay for the building permit as well as for other permits, fees, licenses, and inspections by government agencies necessary for proper execution and completion of the Work that are customarily secured after execution of the Contract and legally required at the time bids are received or negotiations concluded. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. Amount: Equal to 100 percent of Contract Sum - Performance bond Amount: Equal to 100 percent of Contract Sum - Payment bond The extent of Selective Demolition Work is that Work necessary, and required to facilitate the new construction indicated. B. Demolition shall be such that all construction, new and existing, can be performed, and completed in accordance with the construction documents. C. The contractor shall visit the project site and familiarize himself with the existing conditions and project requirements. D. Clarify scope of the Work under this Section including salvage material.
