The City of Shaker Heights is seeking proposals from qualified planning and urban design consultant teams to prepare a visionary reinvestment plan for the Lee Road commercial corridor. The Scope of Work includes four (4) coordinated components: 1) Urban Design and Streetscape Plan; 2) Economic Development Strategy; 3) Transportation Plan; and 4) Community and Stakeholder Engagement. The consultant team shall work together to ensure that each of the components informs the others. The expected project budget is $90,000 - $100,000.
