Providing repair services to the Johnson Metasys Building Control System for the Boston Police Department Work shall include Building Control repair and maintenance work, but not be limited to the following: SPECIFICATIONS FOR SERVICE AND REPAIRS TO THE EXISTING JOHNSON METASYS BUILDING CONTROL SYSTEM AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS FOR THE BOSTON POLICE DEPARTMENT The City intends to award a contract for primary services to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials*, tools and supplies as may be required to provide Build Control System Service Repair and on an as needed basis in accordance with specifications , terms and conditions set forth herein. The contractor shall be responsible for carrying out projects under $10,000.00. Individual projects which are estimated to cost more than $10,000 will be solicited separately from this contract. a. Completely maintain, troubleshoot and repair the existing Johnson Metasys Building management Control System b. Repairs and/or replaces existing network controllers Provide energy services to include consulting and audits. c. Repair and replace existing control wiring. d. Retrieve as necessary files from OWS to upload, download, modify and /or replace files as needed in any controller. e. Maintain an archive database and upgrade and replace workstations as needed. f. Troubleshoot existing control systems to provide optimum performance of equipment
