Renovation of a residential development in Brookline, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Steam Trap Replacement Project. The Project consists of: The rebuild of all Thermostatic Steam Traps throughout the Walnut Street Apartment building. Additionally, all Float & Thermostatic, and Bucket Traps will be replaced. The work is estimated to cost $166,000.00 General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work - HVAC and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime Update Statement (Form CQ 3). Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive OR the wage rates as described in Davis Bacon Wage rates published by the U.S. Department of Labor (whichever rates are greater). The project is subject to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 and the Brookline Housing Authority is an equal opportunity employer. The following documents are required to be completed by bidders as part of electronic bidding for this project: 1. Non Collusive Affidavit 2. HUD 5369-A: Representations, Certifications and other statements 3. HUD 2530: Previous participation certificate 4. Equal Employment Opportunity certification 5. DCAMM certificate of eligibility and update statement 6. Table 1: Unit Pricing for Steam Trap Replacement & Rebuild & Table 2: Add/Deduct Unit Pricing for Steam Trap Replacement & Rebuild General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to Brookline Housing Authority
